The Niagara South Vacant Land Condominium Corporation was founded in January of 2019 when the three building lots were approved for development. The Condominium Corporation is Self-managed by the three property owners. No other business or corporation is involved in any manner. The three property owners share in the maintenance and snow removal of the private driveway which comes off the Niagara River Parkway. One of the other two properties is a home that was constructed in 2021. The other property is another vacant building lot.
